Upcoming IRC programs that are open to the public are:

Adult Raptor Camp Registration Open 
            
(must be over 18 years of age)
 
This camp will be held the weekend of Saturday, August 11th and  Sunday, August 12th, 2007 from noon to 4 PM each day in IRC's outdoor classroom pavilion. 
 
Participants will study (up close and personal) 4 families of live birds of prey (hawks, owls, falcons and eagles) and their natural history, rehabilitation, habitat and falconry.  The cost is $95.00 per person which includes pictures, materials and an experience of a lifetime.

Memorable learning experiences have become a trademark of The Illinois Raptor Center's educational programs and public events. From the open house to the annual banquet, public booths and appearances, IRC staff members teach in a fun and entertaining way. Children and adults will learn ­ and remember ­ important facts about Illinois wildlife.
